Domaine de la Cadenière, La Huppe de la Cadenière, Coteaux d'Aix En Provence
Located in Lançon-Provence not far from Aix-en-Provence and Salon-de-Provence, the Estate includes 59 hectares of vines, most of them in AOC Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Today, the Tobias brothers manage this human-sized family business, elaborating their wines with a true love of their art. In our eyes, the grape varieties we work with are a way of asserting our Provençal identity and presenting our region’s know-how and products to one and all.
Created in the 1950s, the Provencal family estate, La Cadenière, is now run by the third generation with Vincent, Pierre and Gabriel. These three brothers have converted the 50 hectares of the estate to organic farming since 2012.
A rosé with a Provençal soul, sunny, fresh and sweet. Its name, the Hoopoe, comes from the hoopoe bird. This very pretty bird had flown from the estate, we could no longer see it until the estate had been converted to organic farming, allowing it to develop in a preserved environment.
Enjoy this AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence with your friends or family over an aperitif or with grilled fish.
